It is with great pride that I announce that Golden Glory’s very own Joseph Piccolo has been selected to represent BC at the Canadian Boxing National Championship in Edmonton.
As you all know, Joseph became an Amateur World Kickboxing Champion last July. This past fall, I started training Joseph in boxing, as it is his goal to participate in the 2020 Olympic Games. He has worked very hard, and was selected for Team BC in February. He has just completed a boxing camp in Salmon Arm, where he was chosen to compete at Nationals in Edmonton next week. We anticipate great things at Nationals for Joseph and hope he will win the Gold medal for his division. Congratulations Joseph!
