Teen in karate class in South SurreySince youth in this age group are still developing their attitudes, behaviour, and physical fitness, we provide a very fun and active work out. With focus on physical fitness and improved focus, they will become more confident and social during this stage. We will give them opportunities to become leaders and teach them improved leadership skills.

At the same time they will gain a lot from Martial Arts training, including self defense, flexibility, muscle strength, improved body image, and more. We say that training in Martial Arts is one of the most fun and exiting ways to physical fitness — kids enjoy this more than other workout routines and won’t be bored!
