Golden Glory’s Sport Kickboxing classes encourage children, ages 3 to 16 (grouped preschool, elementary and youth), to develop not only their martial arts skills, but life skills, like self-esteem and confidence. Each Sport Kickboxing class is a personal journey of growth and fitness. The high-energy drills are custom created to build a strong foundation for your child’s life.
Not all martial arts styles and schools are the same. The Golden Glory Sport Kickboxing Program stands out because it’s inspirational, focused, yet still recognizes that kids are kids. We understand that kids love to work hard and learn, but will only stay committed if it is a positive experience. Although the values taught are serious and strong, the atmosphere is still extremely fun.

Kickboxing for Youth and Teens
Since teens are still developing their attitudes, behaviour, and physical fitness, we provide a very fun and active work out. With focus on physical fitness and improved focus, they will become more confident and social during this stage. We will give them opportunities to become leaders and teach them improved leadership skills.
At the same time they will gain a lot from Martial Arts training, including self defense, flexibility, muscle strength, improved body image, and more. We say that training in Sport Kickboxing is one of the most fun and exciting ways to physical fitness — kids enjoy this more than other workout routines and won’t be bored!

Self Defense for Teens:
The confidence-building part of the Golden Glory Martial Arts Program is what students appreciate the most about our classes. Nothing can take the place of the security of knowing that you can go anywhere or do anything without fear.
Our Martial Arts classes can prepare you for trouble on the streets. Nevertheless, the most important new trend in modern self-defense practice is “cross training”. Self-defense training at Golden Glory Martial Arts Academy is the perfect blend between traditional technique and state of the art personal protection.
